Luis is the CEO of Madeira Friends Enterprise and the President of Madeira Friends, a community-driven initiative dedicated to connecting people in Madeira. Ex-SurveyMonkey and with 12+ years experience in the tech world, he's a man on a mission. Luis believes that strong ecosystems are built through collaboration, generosity, and shared purpose. Under his leadership, Madeira Friends Enterprise continues to develop new businesses that help Madeira thrive as a welcoming, innovative, competitive, forward-thinking place to live, work, and create.
Sebastian
Business Partner
With the ambition to generate more revenue streams to fund our vision, Madeira Friends Enterprise was created. Sebastian joined the team in late 2025 as an advisor and investor. Sebastian brings decades of experience building businesses from scratch. He co-founded Huuuge, one of the largest mobile gaming companies in Europe.
Enmanuel
Tech Lead
Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of everything related to technology across all our business units. Enmanuel is a specialist in website design, vibe programming, and everything needed to go from zero to one.
Lily
Business Operations
Lily is our go-to person for operations. She is responsible for ensuring our businesses run day-to-day, from managing our properties, passing through assisting clients with special requests, to ensuring we have enough coffee at the hub. Lily does all this with a smile!
